Dr. Tammy Hofstad
Owner Veterinarian
Dr. Hofstad graduated from UW- Madison Veterinary School and has been practicing for 25 years. Dr. Hofstad values the strong relationships she’s developed over the years with our clients and their pets. She prides herself in providing a high standard of care at our clinic.
In her spare time, Dr. Hofstad enjoys going horseback riding, spending time with her pets, reading & vacationing in the Caribbean, where she scuba dives.
Dr. Beth Macias
Veterinarian
Dr. Beth Macias graduated from UW Madison School of Veterinary Medicine and has been practicing for 32 years. Dr. Macias prides herself in providing high quality medical care for the patients she sees.She also enjoys educating her clients about their pets health whether it’s wellness exams, preventing disease or treating their pets current medical issues. Dr. Macias also enjoys establishing and maintaing relationships with her clients.
In Dr. Macias’ free time she enjoys flower and vegetable gardening. She plays piano at her church. Dr. Macias likes to spend time outdoors, her and her husband enjoy going for walks and riding bikes.
Joan Rehberg
Inventory Manager
Joan has been in the practice for 38 years. She prides herself on providing a positive and welcoming experience for owners and their pets. In her free time, she enjoys taking random road trips, boating with her husband, gardening, and spending time with her granddaughters.
Mandi Goodness
Practice Manager
As the practice manager Mandi takes pride in making sure that the day-to-day operations of the clinic run smoothly. Mandi has a background in customer service & management. Her previous work experience has provided her with the foundation on which to build new experiences in the field of animal care. Mandi enjoys connecting with clients and their pets and values being part of the dynamic team at Progressive Veterinary Services.
Mandi enjoys spending time with her husband, Grant and their daughters, Addison & Macy. In the summer you’ll find Mandi out on the Wisconsin River soaking up the sun and, in the fall, she’ll be hitting the ATV trails. In her spare time Mandi likes to go shopping, fishing and enjoys listening to bands and spending time with friends.
Marissa Mortimer
CVT
Rissa’s favorite part of working in a veterinary clinic is the time she gets a pet to finally eat that hasn’t eaten in a few days. She enjoys monitoring the pet for improvement throughout the day and takes pride by being able to send the happier pet home to its owners.
In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, grilling, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Rebecca Kuck
Veterinary Assistant
Rebecca has been practicing for five years at Progressive Veterinary Clinic. Rebecca enjoys advocating for animals and helping clients understand their pet’s needs. Rebecca takes her time with the pets in order to ensure that the pets feel more comfortable when they are scared or may not be feeling well.
In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her 4 kids, her husband, and their 6 pets. She enjoys being active and likes to spend time outdoors in the summer, working on home projects in the winter, and attending the kids’ sporting events.
Kallie Villeneuve
CVT
Kallie has been practicing as a veterinary assistant for 2.5 years and attended the University of Wisconsin- River Falls. Kallie prides herself in helping not only animals feel their best but also educating owners on animal health and nutrition. She also loves that she learns something new every day. No two days are alike in this profession!
Kallie enjoys horseback riding, spending time with friends and family, and going on spontaneous adventures!
Kelsey Lewis
Veterinary Assistant
Kelsey takes pride in knowing that she has done all that she can do to help provide knowledge, quality care, and medicine to every pet she sees.
Kelsey has been married to her husband for ten years. Kelsey has 2 daughters that are 6 and 2. She has three dogs, Bourbon and Candy, Pembroke Welsh Corgis, and a Golden Retriever named Cannoli. Kelsey also has 2 cats, Charlie and Ernie. During her free time, Kelsey loves spending time with her family outdoors. Kelsey enjoys going on walks with her dogs in the woods and nearby trails. On the weekends, you’ll find Kelsey PC gaming as well as binge-watching her favorite TV series.
Catie Porter
Veterinary Assistant
Catie has been a veterinary assistant for 2.5 years and graduated from Globe University. She prides herself on the love and compassion she has for animals and that she contributes to a pet’s overall health and well-being.
Outside of work, Catie loves being with my family and close friends, working on various crafting projects, refurbishing old furniture, and reading as much as she can.
Stephanie Flores
Veterinary Assistant
Stephanie attended North Central Technical College & Mid-State Technical College and has been in the veterinary medicine field for four years. She takes pride in making sure she is knowledgeable in all areas of the clinic. Stephanie is always learning as much as she can in order to provide our clients with the best service. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys spending quality time with her family. She likes to spend time on the water fishing, trying new restaurants, and taking spontaneous road trips all over to see new things. Stephanie also enjoys looking up random facts and pranking people.
Dorothy Hardesty
Veterinary Assistant
Dorothy has been in the veterinary medicine field for three months. She brings compassionate care for both patients and owners, and she enjoys working with patients and attending to their needs. In Dorothy’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her grandkids and family. Dorothy likes attending Milwaukee Brewer games and enjoys camping.
Ginger LaCoste
Veterinary Assistant
Ginger has been practicing for one year. She takes pride in educating our clients as much as possible during each visit. Ginger listens to their questions and concerns and tries to get any questions answered before the appointment is over. It gives her great satisfaction to see happy clients and happy, healthy pets.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going camping, and taking care of her 2 dogs and 6 cats.
